
Description
This course is designed to help students that want to acquire certification on Cisco Routing and Switching. It is an entry course to acquiring associate and expert certification on Routing and Switching, and exposes students to its fore knowledge.
In this course, the student will learn about the fundamentals of Networking, which is a basic prerequisite for Cisco Certification.
Exposition on basic Ethernet (LAN) implementing, subnetting of IPv4 and its address is also dealt with and description on how a Network device is managed wrapped up the course content.
Course/Learning Objectives At the end of this course, the students should be able to:
- Explain Network Fundamentals and set up a Simple Network for selected computer system.
- Solve some challenges that may be encounter in the cause of setting up internet connectivity.
